All Shui Shower Trays are manufactured from Acrylic Sheet, re-inforced with resin & fibreglass. These Low Profile Trays are 50 or 60m thick and have a 5mm recess under the bottom lip to allow for easy installation. See the following diagram -   

Shui Shower Trays have a four layer construction, The top outermost layer is Acrylic Sheet,  this is then re-inforced with a mix of Resin and Fibreglass to add strength. Next is a layer of High Density Fibreboard (HDF), followed by a further layer of Fibreglass and Resin Mix.

 To add extra strength to the rim for Enclosure fixing an extra thick layer of resin is added to the underside of the tray rim as well as the addition of an extra HDF frame which also works to maintain the straightness of the tray along all edges.

Shui Low Profile Shower Trays can also be used with an optional Panel & Feet kit.
